ABOUT THE PIECES

What are ceramics made from sound?
Each piece begins with a sound — a voice, a piece of music, a landscape. That sound is translated into a three-dimensional geometry using proprietary software, then formed in clay through artisanal processes.
The result is a physical form derived from a specific moment in time.

Are the pieces handmade?
Yes. While the design process is digital, each piece is shaped, finished, and glazed by hand in Alcobaça. Variations between pieces are inherent to the process.

Can the vases hold water?
Yes. The interior is sealed to make the piece watertight, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Are other colours available?
No. Each glaze is developed specifically for the form and collection. Available finishes are shown on the website.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Is there a minimum order?
No. Pieces can be ordered individually.

How does payment work?
Payment is made in full at checkout. Production begins once payment is confirmed.

What is the production time?
Production takes up to 15 working days. A tracking number is provided once the order is dispatched.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I return a piece?
Yes. Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. They must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the piece arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue. A replacement or full refund will be issued, including shipping.

How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the returned item is received and verified. Original shipping costs are not refunded for discretionary returns.

Can I exchange a piece?
Exchanges are not offered. To obtain a different piece, return the original and place a new order.

PACKAGING

Each piece is delivered with a care card and a provenance text describing the sound from which it was formed.
Packaging is designed for both protection and presentation.
